The new examination methods Purchasing Guide
The last time that our staff are now examining.
Monthly in the written test (a member of the month assessment “of the latest situation in the shop consumption”) is cancelled, changed to oral exam.Purchasing guide have to rank themselves at the end of the month to 10-member of the my oral examination to 10 customers on this knowledge.We reserve the monthly performance compared to the same growth targets, this year is 40%.
Each Monday morning, we’re having a regular meeting of the e-shopping work.Recently, the meeting also took the examination/training.Purchasing guide have 2 sets of dress, to communicate at the meeting.At the same time, everyone at the meeting last week to brainstorm to consumer customers.
I also proposed to store manager: every day at the appropriate times, to collective summary under the previous day’s members spend their money.
