My karma with ebay

Yesterday clerk of EBAY contacted me, she told me that my ebay account has been created since 2003, not 2004 which I remembered, it’s so long. But how could say I have karma with ebay? if so, why my account has been suspended in 2005 without any reasons? maybe this is fate, everything I do are always not smoothly, everything!
